the room had a his and hers dressing cabinet, a huge plus for us. the bed was very comfortable and i found i could make the room pitch black for sleeping when the divider was closed. they also adhered to my request for my room without me having to repeat it (i really appreciated this attention to detail).
the room i booked had a couch in a separate location (it was still nice, mind you). i had requested it for a small photo opportunity. the manager initially offered an upgrade but retracted it and said it would cost an additional fee.

i had such a blast! the location was so central. the chamber king was also gorgeous, it had so much space!
the service in the restaurant really bummed me out. i asked for cups, and they brought them without plates or spoons! the staff were rude, i did not enjoy my time there.

underwhelming and overpriced, a mixed experience
unfriendly staffbroken phone
the phone in the room didn't work, and despite reporting it multiple times, it was never fixed. it's almost funny. also, breakfast was a real letdown. the staff seemed pretty uninterested, and i saw some opened jam jars that looked like they had been used before. like, seriously???

The room featured free water. The minibar had reasonable options. The bed was VERY comfortable. The two-room concept added space, and I liked it.
The hotel bar was expensive. Compared to others i visited downtown, this was a disappointing find.

I liked the bed comfort. The design seems amazing to me. The raised foot of the bed is a great addition for comfort. The staff were cute and friendly.
My room was cold. The in-room control could not fix it. An oil heater had to be brought. The breakfast items were lukewarm due to the lids not being heated properly.
